During this session Hajnalka will explore data from Australian and International research about the perceptions of principals and some of the factors that impact on their decision making when staffing school libraries. Using a unique combination of years of state based and national advocacy experience, day to day advocating within her own sites and pearls of wisdom from the research she will empower you with simple, affordable and achievable strategies to advocate for yourself and your colleagues.
