Hajnalka Molloy is the teacher librarian at Concordia College, Adelaide. She has over 25 years of experience working in school libraries across sectors from ELC-12. She is a passionate advocate for school libraries. She is a founding member of Students Need School Libraries and has been on the leadership team for this advocacy campaign since its inception. In her role at the President of the School Library Association of South Australia she commissioned and worked closely with ACER on the 2019 and 2024 South Australian School Libraries Census. Through her PhD studies she is currently undertaking research into the factors that impact on school leaders when deciding on employing teacher librarians.
