This session centres on the role of school library staff in resourcing the curriculum and scaffolding the development of research skills across the school. In the context of a live demonstration of Informit Explore, it showcases how library staff can empower teachers and students by connecting them with rich, contemporary Australian content and credible, curriculum-aligned resources. The session provides practical strategies for collaboration between library teams and teaching staff to build students’ information literacy and critical thinking skills, and help them engage with diverse perspectives.
