Pru Mitchell is a teacher librarian with teaching experience across South Australia, Victoria and Western Australia. Since 2014 she has been the Manager of Information Services at the Australian Council for Educational Research. Through previous roles in online learning, and as a former Manager of SCIS, she has built a strong commitment to working at a national level to advance evidence-based practice and equitable access to quality resources. Pru is well-recognised for her leadership in the library profession, receiving both the ASLA Citation Award in 2011, and an ALIA Fellowship in 2022.
