After identifying Developmental Bibliotherapy’s potential to mitigate the disruption caused by mental illness in adolescents, Judith was prompted by the 2019/20 Black Summer fires to consider how Cli-Fi (Climate Fiction) might be used to address eco-anxiety. This led to her contribution to “Literature as a Lens for Climate Change” published in 2022. Judith’s research has featured in presentations to International and Australian audiences including ASLE at UCSB, ASLA and SLANSW.
